Phospho-ADAM 17 (Thr735) Antibody detects endogenous levels of ADAM 17 only when phosphorylated at Threonine 735. This gene encodes a disintegrin and metalloprotease (ADAM) domain 17, which is a member of the ADAM protein family. Members of this family are membrane-anchored proteins structurally related to snake venom disintegrins, and have been implicated in a variety of biologic processes involving cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, including fertilization, muscle development, and neurogenesis.
